Getting my Hungarian ID card and all related and relevant papers for work was a real quest which took more than 3 months.

Somehow it seems they try to make it as hard as possible to become Hungarian. But at least you have an understanding of Hungarian bureaucracy once you’re through, bureaucracy you’ll be facing on many more occasions.
